anw...later..few hrs time..my time gona change le...i read abt it n realised tt i gona hv 23hrs a day instead of 24hrs..it occurs fr spring la..then fr autumn,i gona hv 24hrs bk..tis is to have longer daytime,shorter morn..bt true la..at 5am,here bright le..jz like singapore 7am wor...lol..weird yea?hahaha..hafta get used to it,or else i wun screwed up badly durin exam time..hahaha..

hmm..ok..lets tok abt my lectures...was attending a lec abt biochem..n i realised tt walking mks u lose more weight than running...HEY!!!i din noe tt...did lim kah meng tell us tt when he taught us biochem??we were learning the same stuff...NADH=3ATP,fadh2=2ATP..u noe..electron transport chain bla bla..yep!!im learning it again..hmmm...*ponders*

ok..if u walk,with lil panting,it means tt yr white muscles are utilising long chain fatty acids(LCFA) n a lil glucose..showing tt more triglycerides are being broken dn,hence,less FATS in yr body...BUT once u start running,yr body wud start using glucose as the fuel to provide energy...Imagine...glucose is needed for yr RBC,brain n liver..it is the onli fuel they cud use..n once u start using them,YES..u will lose a lil weight..bt realise tt aft running,u wud feel hungry???n u will eat more...i read in an article...n i realised tt in fact,cos thr is a dip in bld glucose,tts y the brain signals u to eat..n u wud eat more than u nit!!Realise tt u wud gain weight faster even aft u hv lose weight cos of running???hmmm...interesting rite??itz sth worth tinking abt if sum1 plan to lose weight..hahaha...

MORAL of the story:if u wana lose weight,WALK more often...running doesn't reli help...!!!

I hv acquired more stuff studyin here..most of the stuff here i hv learnt b4..bt i learnt new stuff fr it..itz worth the while..n coming here let me learn to hv more faith,n commitment..really!!heex..i felt reli happy for the change..heh..

anw..today attended a vaccination lecture..i realised most of the vaccines i hv taken lei..even when they sae itz for developing country..hmm..like BCG-i had twice...Then why is ppl taking oral polio vaccine,while i took the injection one??i even needed 3 booster for tt..WALAO!!!hahaha..hmm...suddenly i find my course reli interesting...everyting is so cool..so amazing...so fun!!!EXCEPT EXAMS!!!lol..a simple body,having so many mechanisms n stuff..reli fun..i reli anticipate to cont studyin lo..hahaha...nt gona let sth as small as EXAMS to bring my interest down..i hope..WAHA..is my course the easiest to get into medicine??cos i went to a few webbies...n i realised tt them call ppl hu study Bsc Medical science,they call pre-medicine student..hmm..interesting isn't it???hoho..then hw abt those hu dn mk it thr???ahaha..or those hu wana do honours instead of medicine??LOL..kuku...

hmm...wat i wana sae???im utterly disappointed w myself...DISAPPOINTED...haix...i din do well in my prac at all..i duno wat to sae...i cud nt do gram stain..the most basic ting..streaking was ok for me..i did it well!!bt gram stain??haix...bt it came to me tt many ppl din do well in gram stain as well..either they had prob with microscopy or entirely with gram stain..ESP ppl holding specimen B..the one i was holding..it was a relieve in a way..u noe..i felt better..cos im nt the onli one..then i was nervous..i din do well for viral stuff as well..as in..that particular qn,i mixed up with the 1st qn...oh man!!how STUPID can i b???itz entirely 2 diff qn..jz bcos i nervous..i tot it was the SAME qn..sad..for no reason i lose at least 2mks..it was abt virus..

Qn 1: How can u tell that patient is suffering fr VIRAL infection?
ANS:that there is an increase in lymphocytes than other WBC. This is part of my ans.

Qn2:Wat OTHER info tell u tt patient is suffering fr EBV infection from the results shown(Haem report)?
ANS: im suppose to write dn the same ans as above. High WBC,high LYMPHOCYTES. They shld b part of my ans.

hahaha..finally finished my two papers today...tuberculosis paper were rather ez...im onli unsure of 2 qns out of 25...which means my chances of scoring to compensate for my 1st paper is on the bright side..lol..bt my 2nd paper,micro stuff one...im nt reli sure...bt i tink a pass is nt a prob,whether im able to score is another ting..hahaha...bt e gd ting is,im nt the onli one who tink the paper is tough,which means i still hv sum LIL tiny hope..hahaha..

hmm..im scare of the prac exam tis wed...afraid i wud screwed up in gram stain...streaking is nt much a prob for me nw...15%...so freaky...ahhh!!!hahaha...anw...my U7 first 10% i onli score 7.4... so if my micro theory prac exam dn score well,n this wed hands-on prac exam dn score well,im practically screwed..how??how???HOW??sobx..

i hv got U4 results for the 1st 30%..which is 22/30..now relying on my 10% peristaltic reflex report..if i dn score well,thr goes my aim n hope...i hv alr counted..i cant possibly score 10/10 for the report,which means i will score less than 30 for my U4 40% category...sadded...hw??U5 i onli gt the poster result,which is 10.5/15..tink i wud onli score 30 and below for all 4 subj...jialak..HOW???hahaha
